Finals show Baths Hall talent show.

This is a full day. 

Outfits Blues please with black shoes, tights if applicable with red accessory. Belt, broach, scarf, hair clip, jewellery. Anything !!! 

 Please ensure you arrive at the venue in good time for your allotted tech rehearsal time, *11.30* especially if you have equipment to unload. We have a very tight schedule for the day to please ensure you are here promptly or this could take time away from your allocated siot.

• Please go to the stage door when you arrive and not the main entrance. The stage door is located towards the back of the venue as you enter through the carpark gates.

- ALL participants must sign in and out at stage door when entering or leaving the venue. This is so that we have a record of people in the venue in case of an evacuation or emergency.

• When you arrive for your tech rehearsal, please bring your costumes, make-up. equipment and anything else you need for your performance, with you. Dressing rooms will be allocated.

• You are welcome to leave the site after your tech rehearsal, but all acts must be back on site no later than 5pm ready for the final talk and run through of the finale.

• Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to leave site without the accompaniment of a chaperone of guardian.

• You are welcome to bring food and drinks on site but strictly NO ALCOHOL is permitted backstage. Please ensure that’s litter in placed in the bins provided around the venue and backstage. Strictly no food and drink in the auditorium.

• *PLEASE DO NOT BRING NUTS OR ANY FOOD CONTAINING NUTS INTO THE VENUE DUE TO A SEVERE ALLERGY*

Carparking - we have very limited space in our staff carpark. You can park in our carpark for your tech rehearsal - but cars must then be moved by 5pm to the nearest public carpark. This is located on Denes Avenue just a few streets down from The Baths Hall and has free parking at weekends.

- Limited parking spaces are available for the evening, for people who have the need for an accessible parking space. Please let us know before Saturday it you require a space.

• Once acts arrive for the call time of 5pm for the evening show - we require all finatists to remain backstage for the evening and throughout the show. Guest acts only will be able to watch the show as previously agreed, once they have performed.

• Our Theatre Marketing Officer, Zoe Butler, will be on site during the evening and will be taking photographs both backstage and of the performances during the show.

• Please listen carefully to and follow the instructions of our runners on the evening - as they are the people who will be making sure you get to where you need to be at the right times. Please remember to remain quiet when in the stage wings or walking down corridors near public areas during the performances.

• The show running order will be available in areas backstage to remind you.

• Please remember that our winning act will be required to attend the prize presentation with our sponsors at 5pm at The Baths Hall on Monday 22nd
