Hello and blessings to you;

I hope this message finds you well. As you know, my birthday is coming up, and I'm planning a special celebration on the 6thand 7th October 2023; particularly for the Saturday 7th October.  I wanted to reach out to you because I am putting this birthday  celebration on, which will only have the choir’s, groups and Individuals that I have worked with and coached over the last few years and where I truly believe in your talent and the growth you've shown over those years. I would be honoured if you could showcase your musical skills at my birthday party and for me to stand proud on my 50th year!

I understand that as  artistes, financial compensation may not be feasible at the moment. However, I want to emphasise that your presence and performance would mean a lot to me. It would be an opportunity for you to share your art with a supportive audience and celebrate how you have worked with me in the past while showcasing your talent to 300 people . I am planning to have sound checks from 2pm till 4pm, if that’s convenient for you.

Please know that I value your time and talent immensely, and I would not want to seem to be taking advantage. I will be more than happy to help towards any necessary expenses where it may be difficult for you to attend. There will be plenty food, drink and  refreshments during the event. I want to ensure that you feel appreciated and respected for your contribution.
