Terms and Conditions for Booking Hot Gospel at Events and Weddings
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between the client (referred to as "you") and Hot Gospel (referred to as "we/us/our"). By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Booking Confirmation
1.1. All bookings are confirmed once we receive a signed booking form and the non-refundable deposit as outlined in the invoice.1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [28 days] before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of [20%] is required to secure the booking.2.2. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer by the due date indicated in your invoice.2.3. Late payments may incur additional charges of 20% of the remaining balance per day of delay.
3. Cancellation
3.1. Cancellations made by you must be submitted in writing.3.2. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will result in a loss of deposit.3.3. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will require full payment of the total fee.3.4. In the unlikely event that Hot Gospel is unable to perform due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or offer a full refund.
4. Performance Requirements
4.1. Hot Gospel requires access to the venue at least 2 hours before the performance for setup and soundcheck.4.2. The client must provide suitable performance space, electrical outlets, and, if necessary, access to PA systems unless otherwise arranged.4.3. Any special requests (e.g., specific songs) must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event to allow adequate preparation.
5. Event Timings
5.1. Hot Gospel will perform at the times agreed upon in the booking form.5.2. Any changes to the schedule must be agreed upon at least 7 days before the event and may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
6.1. Hot Gospel will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur at the event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.6.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary licenses and permissions (e.g., performance licenses) are in place for the event.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. Hot Gospel is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
8. Media and Recording
8.1. You are welcome to take photos and videos of the performance for personal use, but any professional recording or broadcasting must be approved by Hot Gospel in writing prior to the event.8.2. We reserve the right to use any media from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Amendments
9.1. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom
